You can't go wrong by adding an in-dash video to your vehicle, the visual appeal they provide is unmatchable. The Power Acoustik PTID-5300 dishes out huge helpings of style with a Razor-look front panel. Electroluminescent (EL) backlighting provides a stunning look that can't be ignored. The PTID-5300 has plenty going for it other than looks though. A super bright TFT LCD screen will allow you to not only play movies from DVD, but can also display JPEG images and MPEG movies burned to disc. The front Mini USB port and SD card slot will also allow you to display MP4 videos. Touchscreen controls and on-screen display make operation a snap and the unit can also control an iPod connected with the optional IP-1C adapter cable. The PTID-5300's oversized faceplate gives you a larger viewing area, but the mounting chassis is a standard DIN sizing.

The unit doesn't skimp on electronics and performance either. A 50W x 4 (max) MOSFET power amplifier ensures that you get plenty of clean power to your speakers and full audio outputs make expanding your system easy. The PTID-5300 also comes with video output so you can add an entertainment system to your rear seat as well. Some of the other features include 5.1 Dolby Digital preamp outputs, telephone mute function for optional Bluetooth operation, electronic equalizer settings and adjustment, and a full-featured remote control.
