New 2-way control capability allows your iPod playback features (play/pause/browse/etc) to be controlled via your car stereo controls or the iPod itself. There is no problem in head-unit mode.); 5G iPod (Does not function properly in iPod mode when using 2-Way iPod control. There is no problem in head-unit mode.); iPod Nano 2G (In order for the iPod to function properly, the iPod software must be updated. Version 1.1.3 and up should function properly.); Any iPod connected through the KS-PD100 will not allow 2-way controls and can only be controlled through the stereo once connected.
